Aya spent years immersed in digital marketing, studying what drives real business growth across different industries and markets. She recognized that while large enterprises had access to top-tier marketing strategy, smaller and mid-size businesses were often left with cookie-cutter solutions that failed to deliver meaningful results.

That gap inspired her to launch Novalyra Group in 2026. She works directly with business owners and growth leaders to build marketing programs rooted in data, focused on measurable outcomes, and designed to scale.

Based between the US and Morocco, Aya brings a global perspective to brand positioning and audience strategy, helping clients connect with customers across borders and cultures.
